I’ve Disabled My Ipod Touch, How Do I Unlock It Withou A Computer?

I’ve tried too many attemps of my password (which I’ve forgotten) and it’s say in a red box ‘ipod touch disabled connect to itunes’. I don’t have eccess to a computer at the moment. All I have at the moment is my blackberry and my mum’s iphone (both have 3G). My ipod has icloud STORAGE. Please tell me in clear instructions, how do I unlock it without a computer???
